This was very good. I cooked the chicken in taco sauce like someone else recommended - this turned out well. I added black olives and next time I'll only use about a 3rd of the mushrooms recommended. I served this with corn. We ate off of this for 3 nights! Thank you.

South of the Border Chicken

Chicken Pot Pie IV

I wasn't expecting much, as I hate the frozen chicken pot pies and that's all I've ever had. This, on the other hand, was wonderful and even reheated well the next day. I used a 12.5oz can of chicken, Walmart-brand pie crust rolls, and I steamed a bag of frozen broccoli and a bag of frozen peas, carrots, and green beans.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Very good. Made exactly as described except I used ground turkey instead of hamburger. I'll probably add onions next time, but I will definitely make this again.

USMC SOS

Wonderful! My wife's stomach was bothering her, so I needed something that wasn't spicy at all. I found this recipe and thought I'd give it a try. Expecting it to be boring and flavorless, I was in for quite the surprise! It's very easy to make and quite tasty. The flavor reminded us a little of chicken fried steak. I used ground turkey instead of beef. Turned out great.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Thanks for this recipe! I used it on Roasted Garlic Triscuits (I highly recommend these crackers for this dip) and it was amazing. I gave some to the SO and she took it to work. Her co-workers couldn't stop eating it and she got a lot of praise for it. Thanks again!
