BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Recipes should be reviewed based on the original recipe. I made this tonight as written, not taking any advice (I usually do take the advice though, but thought I'd try it without once), and it was not that great. It was really dry and there was just not enough bbq sauce using an 18 ounce bottle. I cooked it for the 4 hours on high and it was too dry and stringy. Next time I'll try cooking it longer I guess.

Baby BLT

These are delicious and a hit whenever I make them! They aren't as hard as some people say to make. I just put the mixture into a plastic bag, cut a hole and pipe it into the tomatoes. Easy! Make sure you get bigger cherry tomatoes. That helps.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

I tried these this summer and they were ok but when I took a reader's advice and baked them at 350 for 25 minutes, they were out of this world!!! The sauce over rice was heavenly. I will be making these a lot now that I discovered how much better they are baked!

Fat Pete's Fudge

omg, this fudge was to die for. I used Hershey's milk chocolate bars and semisweet chips. It really wasn't hard to swirl the peanut butter for me. I just dropped globs onto the fudge and then swirled it around with a knife. I tried the Aunt Teen's fudge a few weeks ago and this was far superior. I liked the consistency way better of this fudge. It was nice and soft and delicious! I will definitely be keeping this recipe. Thanks Pete!

This is really inedible made as written. It's a huge amount of dry, loose breadcrumbs on chicken with some patches of butter on top.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These pancakes were just OK for me. My son who usually eats about 7 pancakes would only eat 2 1/2 and my daughter wouldn't even eat one. I followed the recipe exactly.

Baked Ziti with Sausage

This was OK. I used spicy sausage and it still wasn't that flavorful (and I am sensitive to spices.) It made way too much and after the first helping, I didn't really want any of the leftovers.

Honey Baked Chicken II

I liked it pretty well. Not 5 star in my opinion though. My dad and SO liked it but my SO wants you all to know that you should add raisins and almond slivers to it :) My dad and I didn't add them but still enjoyed it.

Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
