Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
YUM! Even my kids who don't like grilled cheese (can you believe it??) liked these. I was skeptical that these would be different, but they are! So crunchy & yummy. We like to throw some pepper-jack cheese in with the cheddar every now and then to spice it up a bit.

Very yummy! And quick! Will definitely make again! Maybe next time I'll add some fruit, and red onion.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
I'll NEVER make peanut brittle on the stove again!! I LOVE this recipe! I have an older microwave, so had to do the full 7 minutes, and it turned out perfect every time. I made 5 batches over Christmas.
