Cottage Cheese Roast
I had a quart of cottage cheese that I needed to use or lose, so decided to try this. Read all reviews and followed suggestions, extra cereal and baked longer. Had two loaves, so planned to give one to my sister. Unfortunately, by the next morning ours was gone and the one intended for her family had already been dug into. I can't say I think it tastes like real meatloaf, but it is darn good. My only complaint is it was a little too salty for my taste; I used both onion soup and meatloaf seasoning so that might be the reason. However, would definitely recommend it! Will make again.
