Hot Pizza Dip by 3-A-Day(tm)of Dairy
This is a very easy versatile recipe. I used the whole block of cream cheese (8oz) instead of 6 and added two cloves of fresh pressed garlic to the cream cheese mixture. Everyone raved about how good it was. Thank you for sharing this reciped, I will definitely be making this again!

Three Cheese Baked Pasta
I wasn't sure how I was going to like baked pasta with sour cream but this was delicious! I was looking for something inexpensive and easy to make for a big family gathering and I found it. The only change I made was omitting the meat, I have a niece who is a vegetarian and wanted to do a trial run before I make a bunch of it for the family, it was excellent. Thanks for sharing!

Baked Pesto Chicken
Flavor wise this was more of a 3 1/2 but I gave it 4 stars since I had to substitue regular pesto for the pesto with sundried tomatoes (my local Safeway was out of the regular pesto since it was on sale this week...grrr ) I found the thick part of the chicken breasts to be a little bland but maybe the pesto with sundried tomatoes doesn't have as much flavor as the regular. I would definitely try this again but next time I'll marinate the chicken overnight in Italian dressing. I did marinated it for about an hour in the pesto after seeing some of the reviews but it didn't seem to help flavor the chicken. Loved how quick and easy this was to make though.
