I am a 33 year man who has a wife and three children. I started cooking for them so they could have "home cooked" meals. Then I noticed that I have a nack for it. Now I love cooking for everyone. I can't get enough of it. My favorite dishes are chicken alfredo, smoked pork, stuffed mushrooms. Anything on the grill is wonderful. Peach cobber is my favorite dessert. As a child, I only watched my mom and dad cook. I am trying to get my children to start cooking traditions with me. One of my cooking triumphs was valentines day. I made a japanese style rack of lamb with shrimp kabobs. It was delicious. I have had many numerous cooking tragedies. One of my most recent was banana pudding. I was trying to make everything from scratch. Well, my custard did not set and all I had was banana soup!!!
