Broiled Grouper with Creamy Crab and Shrimp Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
Excellent dinner especially when using fresh grouper. Prepare fish with a small amount of olive oil & garlic/herb seasoning and let sit in refrigerator for an hour or so before broiling. A keeper recipe.

Wonderful recipe. Didn't have crushed tomatoes so I used a jar of salsa & replaced the water with a combination of vegetable & chicken broth. It came out perfect! Thanks, Marie, as this recipe is a keeper.

WOW! This is a fabulous recipe. Added only 1 can of beans and used fresh parsley as I didn't have cilantro. You won't be disappointed with this dish. Great for dinner parties.

Spectacular! This pie is really very very delicious. I used 4 apples (2 golden delicious & 2 gala), a teaspoon of fresh grated nutmeg and it was just right. Everyone liked it a lot. A true hit! Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely the best cranberry sauce you will ever taste. Perfectly sweet & perfectly tart - it doesn't get better than this! 2 tablespoons of brandy does the trick! No disappointment here. Thanks for sharing.

Stuffed Eggplant with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
Absolutely Fabulous. This is the best stuffed eggplant recipe ever. Few minor changes in that I added a mixture of italian cheeses to the top (parmesan, mozzarella, asiago, romano, fontina) but that's it. Whenever eggplant is in season this is a must make. Thank you, Truckerdoo!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
Excellent - Did not bake it in the turkey. Prepared the night before and left out the liquids & butter. Just before putting in the oven, topped with 3 cups of broth and the melted butter. It came out moist and very tasty. Used pork sage sausage instead of turkey sausage Baked at 350 for 40 minutes. Thanks for an "awesome" dressing.

Holiday Cranberry-Pomegranate Sauce

Superb - There's nothing like fresh cranberry sauce. The pomegranate adds a nice touch. I also mixed in 1/4 cup Grand Manier. A true hit at the Thanksgiving Day table!

Brie Cheese Appetizer

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
Absolutely wonderful - A great appetizer everyone will enjoy. Froze cheese overnight, sliced in half and topped with orange marmalade (apricot preserves work great also), dried cranberries soaked in water (this plumps them up) and toasted almonds. Wrapped it up in the pastry and baked 40 minutes at 350. Served with thinly sliced bagette bread. A definate keeper!

This recipe is great! Used vanilla extract instead of water and mixed half the amount of white sugar with brown sugar. These are addictive - so watch out because they'll be gone before you know it!
