Ratatouille
Great fall and winter recipe! I followed the directions exactly when preparing this and was very pleased with how it came out. It is my new favorite ratatouille recipe! Thank you for sharing it!

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie
Simple and fantastic! I brought this pie to a family gathering and it was a hit. This will be the recipe I use for pumpkin pies from now on. Thank you for sharing such an awesome recipe.

The Best Potato Salad
This potato salad recipe is absolutely fantastic! I have to admit, I was a bit nervous about the ranch dressing but it came out awesome. I added a few extra veggies but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Thank you for sharing this great recipe!
