I am a middle aged, happily married wife and mother of four adult children. I have three beautiful grandchildren. I enjoy cooking, sailing, golfing, camping and most of all spending time with my family, especially when we can all gather together around the dinner table. I enjoy slow cooker recipes, caseroles, pastas, mexican fair, desserts, and side dishes. I look for items that I can fix ahead and are still good staying warm so I can enjoy my family when they visit. I love to cook with my grandson who is seven now. I am anxious for my newest grand-daughter to get big enough to join me in the kitchen. White lasagna, stuffed chili rellenos and sausage sauerkraut balls, only because they were very time consuming, but very well worth it!!!
