Easy Sugar Cookies
These cookies were heavenly, my favorite cookie recipe of the year. I did not alter the recipe at all. The cookies do spread a lot so would probably not work for cut outs. I found that the cookies in the back of the oven cooked quicker than in the front, so I turned the trays 2/3 of the way in to baking to try to get a more even batch. 8 minutes was perfect for a moist cookie, chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Thanks for the recipe!

Russian Tea Cakes III
This is one of my favorite Christmas cookies. I have used this recipe for several years and find that these come out wonderfully when following the recipe exactly. Very buttery and delicious. I place the cooking rack a bit higher in the oven to avoid overcooking the bottoms of the cookies though.

Snickerdoodles III
This is my favorite Snickerdoodle recipe so far, as I can use butter instead of shortening. These are very sweet and delicious, one of my family and friend's favorite cookies. It can be tricky to get them cooked just right inside without being too crispy on the bottom though. I have found that I can only cook them for a maximum of 8 minutes, any more and they get a bit burnt on the bottom.
