This recipe has made making Thanksgiving dinner so much better for me! We started smoking the turkey outside in the smoker a few years ago, and now this recipe gives the best stuffing results ever! Now my oven is freed up to do the rest of the meal! You can add to this recipe anything you would like, but just as it is written is wonderful!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

This is one of my very favorite cookie recipes. I always use butter, and I about 1/3 of a cup of chopped candied ginger. I roll the balls in a mixture of white sugar and black pepper before baking! Super spicy and good!!

Quick Clam Chowder

Yummmy! I wanted a quick clam chowder recipe for a cold winter night and this was it!! Next time I want to put it in a toasted bread bowl. Super easy, you can't mess this up. The calorie content is a little scarey, but for a once in a while treat, I think this is great!

Saltine Toffee Cookies

This was so quick and easy! I loved the results and brought them to work to share. Everyone enjoyed them. I will be making another batch this weekend to share with our freinds and neighbors. Yummy holiday treats!

Spinach Salad with Pepper Jelly Dressing

This recipe was delicious. I made jalapeno jelly last summer and this is a great way to use it! I added red onion rings and LOTS of goat cheese! Yummmmmm....

Chicken Marsala

Super easy and very delicious. My husband was VERY impressed!! I took the advice of another reviewer and made the red potato and garlic mashed potatoes which were also FABULOUS!!

Glazed Corned Beef

This is the new corned beef recipe for our household! My husband is not a big fan of corned beef but endures it once a year on St.Patrick's day. He really liked this recipe and suggested we could eat corned beef more often if we make it this way! I took the advice of other users and boiled a 2.5 lb for 2 hours and then glazed it and baked it for 1/2 hour more. Yummy!!

Yummy! My husband is not a big boiled cabbage fan, so I used this recipe to encorporate the cabbage with our corned beef. It was terrific. My only modification was to add some smoked gouda cheese to the mix. It was delicious and even better left over. Thanks for a winner recipe!

BB's Chicken

I needed a dish to take to a friend who is undergoing treatment for breast cancer. I wanted something very flavorful since I knew that soon the chemo would take her taste for food away. I had sherry, chicken breast, Swiss cheese and stuffing at home so thought I would give it a try. I made a batch for her and her husband and a batch for me and mine, dividing the recipe between two 9x9 pans. It was wonderful! I will consider this a quick and easy recipe that tastes like you spent hours! Make it...you won't be disappointed!!

Corn and Zucchini Melody

I used cheddar and mozzarella cheese because that is what I had on hand. The bacon gave it a southern flavor that we really liked! Even the kids who don't eat squash liked this dish!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

I love this recipe. It is very easy because I buy the already shredded cheese and already crumbled bacon so I just throw it all together. I bring it to potlucks and it is a big hit. I think I am going to have to make some tonight!

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

I may already have a review in on this one, but it is worth another. It is definately not a low cal or low fat recipe, but it is the best clam chowder and so easy to make! I get rave reviews every time and all I have done is dump things in the crockpot! I do add the juice from the clams and thicken it at the end with instant mashed potatoes. Makes me wish it weren't 100 degrees out right now, or I'd make it for dinner!!
