Hey everyone! Even though I'm only 17 I have a great passion for cooking because: a) it makes me feel independent and b) i love to see the smile and delight on people's faces when they taste something I made and it's blissfully delicious ;D ....
My favorite things to cook
I am very good with desserts, cakes and cookies especially... and my mum is really good with wok cooking and pilaf rice recipes...so i'm learning a lot from her recently and i hope i'll get better in the SAVOURY category of cooking :D
My cooking triumphs
well, nearly every cake i made was a success:
- banana and chocolate loaf cakes
- brownies
- italian sbrisolona cake (oh yum!)
and others...(including tiramisu!)
oh, and i can make a mean cous cous (both sweet and savoury) and pasta (i still can't do it home-made though) in the most varied, delicious ways...but as i said: lots to learn!
My cooking tragedies
oh well, mostly anything which involved me cooking meat :D
