Mandarin Orange Chicken

My husband liked this and it was easy to make, so I will give it a 4. To me, it was more a 3. I agree with other reviewers, this recipe is just ok.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

I thought this was very good. I added a ham hock and cooked it about an hour longer.

Jim's Pork Chorizo
