Cinnamon Swirl Bread

This was a pretty good recipe but not a favorite for us. I followed the directions as stated but it wasn't a 5-star for us.

Delicious! I have made this twice and my second batch was the best one yet. Do put the entire brown sugar mix onto your dough. I made the mistake on my first batch of not including the entire brown sugar mix and it didn't have enough gooey middle stuff. I also turned them upside for 5 minutes after it came out of the oven to help redistribute the leaked out gooey stuff back onto the rolls.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

What an awesome apple pie this makes! VERY GOOD. It didn't last long at my house. I made it exactly as the recipe stated and it came out wonderful. I will mention that it looked very watery when it first came out of the oven. After the pie cooled down, it was the perfect consistency. So if your pie looks watery at first, it doesn't stay that way after cooling.

Supreme Strawberry Topping

Very good strawberry topping. I also made it for the Chantal's New York Cheesecake recipe. It was a great combo. I sliced a pint of strawberries. I took 1/3 of the sliced strawberries and cooked them according to the recipe with the vanilla included. I pureed the cooked mixture and then added in the remaining 2/3 of sliced strawberries and chilled.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

VERY GOOD recipe! I did cook mine for the 1 hour at the specified tempature and then left in the closed oven for 5 hours without opening. I also made sure all my ingredients were room tempature and tried to not overmix while mixing. I placed a 9x9 pan with water in it on the rack below the cheesecake. I did have one crack, but it wasn't terrible. I will try again to see if I can bake it without the crack. The edges did get a little browner than I like, so I will lower the temp by 25 degrees for my next try. This is a really good recipe, and I got GREAT reviews from everyone who tried it.

Asparagus Parmesan

My entire family loved asparagus cooked this way. I couldn't believe that my 6-year-old picky eater even went back for seconds. I would definitly recommend this receipe.
