VERY GOOD recipe! I did cook mine for the 1 hour at the specified tempature and then left in the closed oven for 5 hours without opening. I also made sure all my ingredients were room tempature and tried to not overmix while mixing. I placed a 9x9 pan with water in it on the rack below the cheesecake. I did have one crack, but it wasn't terrible. I will try again to see if I can bake it without the crack. The edges did get a little browner than I like, so I will lower the temp by 25 degrees for my next try. This is a really good recipe, and I got GREAT reviews from everyone who tried it.
