Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

That was very good. I had to make some changes because I didn't pineapple chunks or green onions, so replaced it with yellow onions and added pinapple juice to the marinade instead. Thank you for a yummy idea.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Unfortunately, the corns burned. I was glad I buttered 2 corns and left the other two without the butter. I think it was that they were slightly overcooked but still the ones without the butter still came out yummy. I will still make this again w/o butter of course.

Vienna Schnitzel

So good! My husband had two servings and even the kids ate it. Great idea about the lemon. Ketchup for the kids. Used Panko crumbs and all purpose flour. Didn't use as much oil so I had to make sure it was cooked through.

I loved these muffins. So good and moist. My husband loved them too. I was able to get 12 good size muffins out of it.

Very good. So glad I made this. No reason to add all that butter. It tastes just great.

It was very good BUT too much oil! I was surprised your recipe called for so much more than the yellow cake mix box which calls for 1/3.

Pasta with Clam Sauce

Very good. Easy to make and took your short cut to steaming the broccoli; one less pan to wash. I actually made this with chicken instead because I didn't have any clams and I had broccoli and bell peppers to use up in the frig. Also, used lowfat milk and it came out really good.

Whitney's Peanut Butter Cookie Balls

Very yummy. Even my kids loved it. It was just a little too sweet for me personally although not for others I served it to. Anyway, I cut the powdered sugar in half and still came out really good.

Very delicious!! Reminded me of Sammy's Tequila chicken dish. Added more freshly squeezed lime over the entire dish.

Very good and very easy!! My husband and my friend loved it. I used my hands to really mix everything together because I put everything in one bowl (by mistake).

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2005
Very yummy. Made this for the first time for a party of 11. They all liked it. I used chardonney and followed the recipe. Good idea to have everything sliced and measured. The following night had a party of 8 and used linguine pasta instead and I liked that even more. I bought Costco frozen raw tail-on shrimp and it was perfect (make sure to rinse the shrimp). No need for garlic. It was tasty enough. Make sure to add fresh parmesan cheese, salt and a little pepper.
