Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

I absolutely love this recipe, I've made it many times, but always scaled it down quite a bit. You must be a garlic lover to enjoy this, I've reduced the amount of garlic whenever making it for guests if I don't know their garlic sensitivity.

Best sauteed mushrooms I've ever had! I normally make them without the oregeno and vinegar, and that change added a ton of flavor.

Glo's Sausage Fried Rice

I made this using chicken, and it turned out well. I also added substituted celery for the cabbage. I'll use a bit more soy sauce in this recipe next time, it was a bit bland for my tastes.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Excellent. I used a couple dashes of cayanne pepper in place of the hot sauce, and it worked great. I'd suggest fresh broccoli too, if you have the time.
