Spicy Sausage Quiche
I made this for work yesterday and everyone LOVED it! I took another reviewer's advice and instead of the peppers and chilis, I substituted a can of rotelle tomatoes with chilis. I also used spicy sausage. This is a GREAT breakfast casserole. Everyone will be wanting the recipe!

Hummingbird
This was pretty good, except it's extremely difficult to find rum cream in the US. We get ours when we travel to Canada. (Sangster's is exported there) I haven't seen any in the midwest yet. This recipe did remind me of Negril though, very yummy!

Savory Cinnamon Rolls
I think I added too much cake mix. Mine were VERY heavy and dense. I don't know if I'll try this one again.
