I'm a Junior in high school right now and I started baking about 2 years ago; and i LOVE it! I love when I get compliments from my friends and family on my cooking. Some day I hope to get into CCA (California Culinary Acadamy) and own a italian or french restaurant I love anytime of sweet but I'm very big on cookies and cakes. I also like making pizza (the dough and sauce. Chicken Pot Pie and Quiche I make alot too and I think I'm starting to master the Quiches my mom and me make jam every christmas. Also for thanksgiving I make 5 to 10 pies with my mom and grandma! I'm not very good at making frosting on the stove I usually end up burning it. One time I put WAY to much water in my flakey pastry dough that i was using to make a banana cream pie. It still tasted okay but it was very moisty tastying
