Best Steak Marinade in Existence

I marinaded a top round flank for about 10 hours and it was wonderful. The only change I made was to use only 1 tbsp of the dried basil as I was afraid hubby would taste too much of it. Wonderful marinade, next time I'll opt for overnight or longer. Thanks for a great one Kookie!

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

I just made this sauce and actually can't wait to try it once it's sat overnight. I too doubled the garlic, used regular flour and added approx 1 tsp of sugar to this recipe. Love how easy it is to make! Hubby loves it! Thanks for posting!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

I made this last night for dinnner, husband and I both loved it! I did add a couple of extras, (personal preference) I sauteed 2 large chopped garlic cloves with the onion, alittle extra dijon, slightly less marsala and ground black pepper. Excellent sauce, Thanks Shar!!

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

I made this last night as a side to our steaks and it was really good! I scaled it to only 2 russet potatoes and, as others stated, was a bit apprehensive about using too much balsamic vinegar. I didn't get carried away with the vinegar and next time will add more! Wow, this was great, didn't detect much at all, just a really great flavor! Kudos! Thanks for posting. ;0)

London Broil Sauce

For a heartier flavor I also added bbq sauce instead of ketchup. I also reduced salad dressing, added balsamic vinegar and alittle A1 bold & spicy. Thanks for the post!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

It must just be me based on all the reviews but I didn't like the chocolate chips in this one. The bread itself was wonderful and moist and I will make it again, however without the chip this time. Thanks for posting!

Dill Cucumber Dip

I made this dip to accompany baked salmon and was not disappointed. My husband loved it, (a treat in itself if you read my bio)! I also took a portion of it and added garlic powder and fresh parm cheese, spread over the salmon as it baked and it was wonderful also! Thanks Molson7!

New Potatoes with Caper Sauce

I made this as a sauce over wheat pasta last night to get an idea of its flavor. I sauted ingredients, used seasoned rice wine vinegar, added portabello mushrooms and frozen peas, then extra parm at after serving up. Really good sauce although alittle on the vinegar side for noodles; I'll bet it's awesome on potatoes though as they're denser- I'll have to try that! Thanks for sharing...

Garden Tomato Salsa

This is very similar to how I make my salsa, (minus the bell pepper). As a twist and to give it a sweeter flavor I take all the pepper, 1/4 of the cut up tomatoes and 2-3 cloves chopped garlic and broil them about 5-10min. before adding to the rest of it. Really makes a difference!

Creamy Dill Dipping Sauce

I too thought it needed alittle garlic, which I added. Overall it was a good dressing for the salmon I baked. After tasting it with the garlic addition I also added minced green onion, onion powder and cilantro, husband loved it! Thanks for the ideas!

Thai Chicken Curry with Pineapple

My husband is a "don't do anything to the meat, just leave it alone" kind of guy so whenever I get a thumbs up on a creative recipe, it's a keeper! This was great! Didn't have peas, subbed fresh mushrooms and topped with cilentro upon serving. Thanks for the great recipe!

Steak Tip Marinade

I thought this was a very good marinade, however, I like mine a little spicier, so I added some cayenne pepper as well to boost the flavor. Thanks for sharing!
