Apple Butter Pork Loin
My dad, who doesn't gush over how tasty a meal is, well...he gushed over how good this pork tenderloin dish was! Definately make a gravy out of the liquids in the pan. I followed someone else's recomendation of cutting slices almost all the way through, cook for 40 minutes, pour the apple butter mixture over and in-between the slices, and cook uncovered for another 40 minutes. It was delicious!

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
This recipe was okay. I had cooked "Oatmeal with Apples" from this site earlier this week and preferred it over this recipe.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
It doesn't matter how much you season this pork...it is going to turn out phenomenal!!! I've just seasoned it with salt and pepper; I've tried a rub of salt/pepper/paprika/garlic powder/brown sugar; I've tried it with adding Worchestershire sauce and liquid smoke to the beef broth...it all comes out wonderful...and there's not much left over afterwards! ;o)
