Turkey Brine
Excellent! The turkey turned out so flavorful and juicy. I looked at the recipe for vegetable broth and when I saw all the veggies it required, I decided it would be cheaper to use 2 packages of Knorr Spring Vegetable soup mix. Use 1 gallon of water to 1 pack of dry soup mix. After cooking on low for 2 hours, strain thoroughly. I will use this recipe over and over again! Try it, you will NOT be disappointed!! You will get so many compliments!
