I mostly just love food and I love to create meals that make people satisfied & happy. We entertain a lot. All kinds of appetizers and quick, easy & delicious main dishes. Every year I host a holiday cookie swap that features appetizers, desserts, & cocktails. It's always a good time. Not really a "triumph", but I can usually make a fairly interesting & half-way decent meal out of whatever is lying around in the fridge. I once broiled (instead of baked) a meatloaf in an electric oven for an hour. I threw away the meatloaf, including the pan. We had take-out that night!
