best naan ever... I make it just as the recipe states except it only ever take 3.5 cups of bread flour to get my dough soft. sometimes I sub 1 cup whole wheat flour to healthify it. I have never managed to mess it up and everyone loves it.. it even rates better than restaurant naan with my friends!

this mole sauce was delicious, especially since I had cheap dollar store chili powder and still got great results! I read that chili powder can be anything from straight ground chilis to ground chilis with added spices and salt, so I can imagine recipes will vary. I used all 5T and it really wasn't very spicy. I also used semisweet chocolate chips since I didn't have squares, which came to 1/4 cup for the 1 ounce that was called for. then at the last minute I added more chocolate chips because my mom thought it wasn't sweet enough. I thought the cinnamon was right on. I just stirred some cooked chicken into the sauce, served over rice, and garnished with cilantro... so good!

this was a delicious way to use a leftover baked sweet potato (later found to use about 1 cup mashed sweet potato)! I swapped the honey for sugar plus a little milk and all I had was plain yogurt but it didn't seem to matter. the batter seemed a little thick to me but I still got moist and flavorful muffins... I thought the spices were perfect. I did cut the topping back to 1/3c of everything, and that was plenty. made 12 large muffins, or 24 mini muffins (perfect recipe for kiddos). I even added in wheat germ and flaxmeal in place of some flour. so tasty, and I don't think these muffins could have gotten any healthier!!

this was great! I needed to use up some frozen whiting fish (which wasn't so good the last time I used it)and I didn't have any fried onions so I just added a lot of extra parm to the rice, and salt & pepper to the fish. I also used a bag of frozen mixed veggies. yum!

I thought this recipe was great! the breadcrumb/cornmeal mix was yummy and the carmelized onion was tasty and nice for presentation. I served over white rice and doubled the milk for the gravy since I had plenty of bread crumb mixture left. husband said it was interesting and different (than other chicken fried venison he'd had) but definitely good. I would even try frying veggies in this mix. I did think the egg/milk mixture was a little runny and I would have liked to taste more of the pepper sauce so I'd cut back on the milk there next time.

these were easy - I used a food processor to mix all the dry and cut the butter in. I baked them until they were done but not brown and then froze them for my husband to pull out before work.

I liked finding this fluffy pancake recipe, especially since it doesn't call for buttermilk - which I almost never have around the house. using butter definitely makes them tastier. I also use 1/3 white, 1/3 whole wheat, 1/3 corn meal for a really yummy multigrain pancake. thanks!

I used half the butter, half the sugar, and pepper jack cheese... so good! I'd use the whole can of chiles next time, and I think I'll add cayenne as well, even with the pepper jack. I just tried it with whole wheat flour instead of white and it was also fantastic! added some pimentos for color too.

this is a good basic recipe but I thought wasn't near spicy enough. I sprinkled extra red pepper and some more seasoned salt (I used Tony's so it's a little spicy also) and then it was perfect. I also added wasabi peas which were a big hit!

all our gluten-free friends loved these! and our non-gluten-free friends!

when I initially shared this recipe I used garlic salt, but the same amount of minced garlic works fine too. I make my own biscuit mix from another recipe on this site and it turns out great!

very good! instead of canned, I used 3 cups of fresh pumpkin puree (from a leftover uncarved halloween pumpkin) and omitted the water. very moist. I added chopped pecans to half the batch which was great also. this recipe made one large loaf and 24 muffins for me (the muffins only took about 30 minutes to cook). I did also substitute 1/2 c butter + 1/4 c oil + 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce for the oil. I would even cut back on the butter next time, substituting more applesauce.

maybe it was just me, but I thought these we are bit too "powdered-sugary" for my liking. they did keep soft though, can't complain about that.

this is my new favorite snack! I use balsamic vinegar since that's what I have around and cut the brussels sprouts in half so they get more carmelization. red onions if I have them, otherwise white or yellow taste just as good. and I have never even added the pistachios, they're so good without!

for such an easy and healthy dish, this was wonderful! my husband didn't even complain about the rice I used like he normally does (I used some red rice we have, which was similar to brown). we are tempted to play around with the spices next time, it could easily be flavored to indian or mexican cuisine.

I made the recipe as is and thought it was a good basic start, but it did need some kick, so I added half a block of cream cheese and some Tony's creole seasoning. that did it! I will go back to this recipe to make again. I did saute onions and celery with the butter at the start, but that was just an effort to cram as many veggies in as possible.
