Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil
Simple to make, and awesome. At the end I added just a bit of half n half to give it a tiny bit of "creamy" consistency, but not too much. For those who say 2 28-oz cans of diced tomatoes was too much, did you remember to drain them as the recipe called for? It was by NO means too many tomatoes. Fresh grated parmesan is imperative to the flavor, I think. Also, tasted 10 times better the second day as leftovers, after all the flavors had a change to blend. Will definitely make again and again.

Rigatoni Florentine
I used a 10-oz pkg frozen spinach, half-n-half in place of the cream, and only 1/2 the noodles. I also used both mozz cheese and fresh parm. Was delicious! Also, I think there was a step missing in the recipe. The way it reads, I'm assuming you remove the chicken from the skillet before sauteing the garlic??

Dog Treats I
shaped them as hearts, gave them to the kids for after school snacks. They loved em. Thanks for the recipe!
