Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread
Love it. Will never use the frozen garlic bread again. Used mozzarella cheese and cut back on cheddar. Used dried basil since that was what I had. Still sooo tasty. I would have been happy eating just the bread and forgetting my lasagna.

Harvest Pork Stew
Not bad but won't make again. I doubled the spices and still kind of bland. I peeled the apples which I was glad of. Just not spectacular - a chickeny version of a hearty beef stew. Pork was tender though. I made it simmering long and slow on stove top in dutch oven. Will stick to my beef stew for more taste.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
Usually I make a knockoff of Chili's Ribs which are awesome. But these take no time at all, are super, and great for weekday meal when I work. Sauce is so easy and my opinion is not too many ingredients. I use country-style ribs (more meat). Added a sprinkle of Penzey's BBQ Seasoning to ribs while in oven. For a crockpot recipe this is a winner. Most crockpot recipes are bland and unappetizing. A winner that I will definitely make again.
