Stay at home mom to 3 little ones. Busy so I like to keep it simple in the kitchen. Fast and something the kids will eat makes me happy. Creating is more 'me' time and not dinner time. Anything really... I love to try out new recipes. I have something in a restaurant or at a friends or see something that interests me and then I have to find a recipe that will work for me. HUH?? I joke that the most ethnic thing my mom made growing up was Spaghetti... she really never liked to cook so I don't know where I got this from. I find cooking very creative and relaxing. One of my 'most famous' things is a seafood stew that I make. My husband says I should can it... however, I don't eat seafood so it is a mystery to most how I could create it. I am sure there have been some but I truly can't remember one at the moment.
