Carol's Arroz Con Pollo

Followed this recipe to the T. I love the texture and flavor of the rice. The saffron really give the rice an in extra boost in flavor.

Best Spanish Rice

What a simple way to make this!! It turns out I only used one cup of rice. I liked the rice-to-salsa ratio I used. I used a rice cooker and thew everything in the rice cooker. Turned out wonderfully!

Salsa Guacamole

It's a quick version of guacamole. I used Pace salsa, and it tasted like there was way too much salsa. The hubs says he prefers plain old avocados, onions and salt guacamole to this.
