Blackened Fish
I really wanted to love this recipe, but it lacked something major, maybe some garlic or something.

Salsa Chicken
Not too bad for a no-brainer. Made a few times, first time pretty much to the recipe, second time I made my own salsa and it was even better, third time I used thighs and drumsticks and added a can of black beans to the salsa, great every time.

World's Best Potato Salad
Pretty good, my husband didn't like it, too onion-y for him. I used less sugar and mayonaise, added a pickle and more mustard. Don't forget the celery seeds.
