Creamy Spinach Soup
I have an abundance of swiss chard from the garden so I made this recipe with it. It was fantastic. I sauteed the onion and fresh garlic as others suggested and followed the recipe as is for the rest. I was so pleasantly surprised. Have lots of frozen swiss chard in the freezer so I will be making this again and again. Swiss chard also makes a great dip with artichokes.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Quick easy recipe. Much easier than the one I usually bake in the oven. Liked the wine sauce but would even like more of a wine flavour. Any suggestions out there?

Thai Chicken Spring Rolls
I found this to be a really good recipe. I used arugula as suggested by another review. I served them as is without cooking because the recipe doesn't mention cooking! My husband didn't care for them at all. The next day I deep fried the leftovers and he loved them. I will put in less bean sprouts next time as the flavor is stronger after frying. Now I will make big batches and freeze them....
