I was a bit disappointed with this recipe. I used frozen pie crust and instant mashed potatoes, and I upped the amount of ketchup. It was super easy to make, but it's kind of bland. I think that I will try this recipe again, but will add salt and a little bit of brown sugar for flavor.

My husband and I loved this dish! I used chayote squash instead of yellow because it was on sale. I also used ground turkey and only one egg. It wasn't really very spicy, but it tasted really good. My husband hates squash, but he thought this was good.
