Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I used chicken bouillon granules in packets. Recipe calls for 2 Tablespoons, which is 6 packets since one packet is a teaspoon. I went with it...It ruined the recipe. Should the recipe read 2 teaspoons? 2 cubes? 2 packets?

Pancakes I
I followed the tips from this site for perfect pancakes and did not beat the batter....gently mixing instead and letting it rest... and maybe that was the problem. Batter was runny and pancakes were flat, completely the opposite of what I was looking for. The flavor wasn't there either.
