Banana Sour Cream Bread
As other reviewers have said, the baking times are a bit off. Also, I substitute some brown sugar for the white, which may be the reason for that(?). The batter makes much more than I thought, and the cooking time takes longer than stated-maybe 1 1/2 hrs, but TOTALLY WORTH IT!!
I give myself a pat on the back for very few things, one of them being my baking and cooking capabilities(almost to a point of arrogance!). I sell my baked goodies at work and this, along with "moms zucchini bread", have given me a new regular! She wants 2 loaves of each every week! One to share with others at work and the rest for her and her son. Everyone at work raves about it! Thank you for this recipe!!
