This is the best jambalaya recepie I have ever found.! I like it a bit more spicy so I add hot sauce to it. Also, instead of adding frozen cooked shrimp I added raw shrimp...it cooks in the oven and takes in all the scrumptious flavours while it bakes! Add some sharp, grated cheddar to it when you're done and it's fabulous! Yum!!!!

I like a sweeter, richer fudge so I normally use milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. I found that if you use them in this recepie, then omit the vanilla as it changes the taste completely and leaves a bad aftertaste.

After making this recipie the icing hardened right away and became to crusty and stiff to use. I do have a feeling that the sugar may have boiled a little too long. It tastes good, though; but, I can't spread it on a cake.
