Cioppino
After reading the reviews, I just had to make this dish for Christmas eve dinner. I used canned clams and crab, frozen scallops and prawns and a mixture of fresh fish, added potatoes and carrots (not too much, just enough to thicken it), cayenne pepper and chillie flakes as the others had suggested.
It was fantastic. Everyone loved it :-)
