Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
This was just okay. It tasted fine, but honestly, it didn't taste any differently than the traditional bread stuffing I make every year. I chose it for the sausage, but you could barely notice any sausage flavor at all. Maybe there should be more.

Creamed Peas and Onions
This was just okay. I found it to be too thick. I will try it again, but plan to add much more milk.

Spiced Pumpkin Fudge
This was awesome! Such a nice change of pace from everyday chocolate fudge. The only suggestion I would have is to add just a touch more pumpkin pie spice. Otherwise, yummy!!!
