Vegetable Lo Mein Delight
Very good!! I added about a tsp of ground ginger and some minced garlic, and I left out the peas, bean sprouts and chow mein noodle because I didn't have any of these on hand...Will definatly make again!!

Gramma's Old Fashioned Chili Mac
This is pretty good, but like others, I revised the recipe. I added garlic. Didn't have any tomato soup, so I added V8 instead. Also added chili powder & cumin. Let it simmer for awhile and it turned out SO YUMMY!!

Red Enchilada Sauce
While this does not taste authentic, it is very good. I have no idea where the other reveiwers got that this tasted "italian" unless they used too many herbs and not enough chili powder. I made this to go along with my store bought enchilada sauce that I didn't buy enough of and this was MUCH better than than the stuff in the can!!
