This recipe is amazing! A few changes:
1. I used chicken tenders and used a mallet to flatter the meat.
2. I added oregano, basil, rosemary, and garlic salt to the bread crumbs.
3. At this point, I pan fried the breaded chicken quickly, just to make it a little more crispy.
4. After quickly frying, I baked for 20 minutes and then 20 mroe with the sauce. I added fresh basil, garlic, and a dash of cayenne pepper to the sauce to make it more flavorful.
5. I did not measure the cheese but instead put enough to cover the top
