Carrot Souffle

I tried this recipe just as it says and I thought it was delicious. I read some other reviews and next time I might cut back a little on the sugar. This dish is very appealing to the eye as well.

Spinach Phyllo Cups

This was a very easy recipe but I thought it was kind of bland. I might add some other ingredients next time like philly cream cheese.

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

I tried this recipe last night with filet medallions, omitted the crab stuffing. My husband does not like onions or mushrooms so I omitted them from the sauce recipe. He raved over this recipe. Fabulous flavor and perfect for dinner guests. I will definetly make this again and again.
