Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce
I tried this recipe last night with filet medallions, omitted the crab stuffing. My husband does not like onions or mushrooms so I omitted them from the sauce recipe. He raved over this recipe. Fabulous flavor and perfect for dinner guests. I will definetly make this again and again.
