Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This is a keeper. The best banana bread I have ever made. Moist, full of flavor, simply a banana bread to perfection. Was not sure of the bananas sliced, but thought I follow the instructions anyway. It turned out perfect, there is more banana flavor this way..Thank you for sharing this treasure. Happy Holidays.

This recipe far exceeded my expectations. It was easy to make, had the perfect ingredients for balance, the taste was authentic. A great recipe, that my family enjoyed. As a side dish we had mashed potatoes, and red cabbage. It's a keeper.Thanks...Ron, for sharing.

Baked Swiss Steak
This was without a doubt the best recipe for making Swiss Steak. Followed recipe except cooked it 1 hour longer. It was delicious and juicy,liked by all members in the family it will become a favorite in this household. Thanks Dolores for posting.
