Oatmeal Carmelitas
These are really really good. The only problem I had with them is the second bake time is not near enough. They were disgusting after following the recipe. Raw oatmeal batter in sugary gooey caramel is not good. After cooking a while longer they were A+ though.

Fettuccini Alfredo With Sausage
great stuff... I couldn't find that particular cheese so I used a mix of romano, parmesan, and asiago cheeses... the cheese didn't really melt into the sauce but it still worked great for me... wonderful taste... i used cheese tortilini... everyone enjoyed it...

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
i was thinkin something a little more like TGI Friday's... this stuff was thick like a cracker spread... wasn't good for chips... just not my kinda trick... too rich... grossed me out...
