Smoky Mountain Chipotle Chicken

This is one of the pleasant surprises on allrecipes. I added extra chipotles for more kick. Chicken marinated in the sauce and then grilled comes out juicy and so tasty. The sauce is also wonderful on ribs.

Roasted Pork Tenderloin

This is one of my favorite fall recipes. The only modification I make is to add a bag of baby carrots. I just dump everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 8+ hours while at work. It couldn't be simpler or tastier!

Bill's Sausage Gravy

I made with regular sausage and did everything else as stated in the recipe. It was outstanding. I live by Sunrise Biscuit Kitchen in Chapel Hill and this gravy blows theirs away. I just wish I got off this dumb diet so I could have biscuits and gravy again. Thanks, Bill. It's a real keeper.

Cranberry Sauce I

I have made this two years in a row for Thanksgiving. It is the best recipe. I now double it so we have leftovers. The actual cook time is closer to 20 minutes. I make it a day ahead so it jells better together in the refrigerator overnight.

No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

We are on a low-carb diet and really enjoyed this dish. The tomato-meat sauce is very thick--don't add any extra water to the sauce as suggested in the recipe. The zucchini will cook off water when cooked. I was a little bit afraid of how this dish would turn out after reading the reviewers who had to pour out water during cooking. It was a little bit watery, but not enough to cause concern. Next time we are going to use some sausage instead of ground beef to change up the flavor a bit.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

WOW!!! I always get rave reviews when I make this. I had little old ladies begging for the recipe. To get the extra water out of the cabbage wilt it using salt and allow to drain in a colander for a few hours. There is too much dressing so don't pour all on it at once until you have mixed it up and determined if you have enough.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This is one of our top All Recipes and we eat it at least once a month. I use 1/4 cup mayo because I personally don't like mayo. You can also substitute turkey bacon to reduce calories/fat--the regular bacon is a lot better. Thanks for a great recipe.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Simply amazing! This is now my new favorite holiday cookie over Snickerdoodles. I make exactly as the recipe states. I am a "super taster" and found no difference to using OJ instead of water. Definitely put in the refrigerator to harden before rolling in sugar. YUMMY!!!!

Spanish Moroccan Fish

I made this recipe as published minus the carrots because we are on a low-carb diet. I love other Spanish/Moroccan dishes. Unfortunately we didn't love this recipe. There was flavor, but it bordered on bland rather than complex. It also was very expensive to make and 5lbs of tilapia is far too much. If you'll notice the posted photo is in a tin foil pan. That's because it won't all fit in ones skillet.
