Toasted Apple-Pecan Brie Sandwiches

Delish! The combination of flavors is great and I like the sourdough bread (it's a tougher bread and it doesn't get soggy after the warm apples are placed on top). I found broiling it melted the brie nicely. A keeper! Thanks.

Incredible Potato Casserole

This casserole is delicious! Everyone loved it! I used hash browns and it turned out great and was easy to make. Also, next time I make it, I may add ham to make it a main meal. Highly recommended!
