Baked Pretzels

I think this recipe is fantastic! I had a lot of fun making pretzels with my kids (ages 5 and 9) - they came up with some very creative shapes! I wouldn't change a thing - we even shared some with neighbors who were native Pennsylvanians and they raved about them!

Grilled Onion Blossom

I did add some chopped roasted garlic to this but the only other recommendation I would make is -- make MORE than one because these are amazing and literally disappear when you take them off the grill!! Thank you for the delish recipe!!

Veggie Pate

This was wonderful! I also used my blender and it mixed up very well. I made this for a party and one suggestion I would make is to flip the pate onto a large plate or platter - for a more appetizing presentation! Will make this recipe again, THANKS!

Rosemary and Garlic Spinach Patties

This was easy and very tasty. When I added the rest of the ingredients to the spinach mixture, mine turned out kind of dry. I added a couple tablespoons of milk and then a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese. Will make this again. It pleased my entire family!

Pumpkin Bread

I doubled the recipe and added raisins and chopped pecans to half the batter. The traditional and the variation both came out "Yummy!" I gave some out to a couple special neighbors but my family won't let me share any more! Thanks!

Flax and Sunflower Seed Bread

Very tasty and hearty bread. I ground up the flax seeds in my coffee bean grinder and also used the dough option on my breadmaker. Then I added the sunflower seeds to the dough and baked it in my oven. It looks and tastes great. I have given some loaves out to friends as gifts - great bread for those with high cholesterol (thanks to the flax seeds).

Chickpea Curry

This was delicious. I used 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon instead of the crushed cinnamon sticks and have added extra vegetables like spinach, sweet potatoes and white potatoes.

Pizza Crust I

We love this pizza crust recipe. It tastes great and is SO easy to prepare. I use the timer on my bread machine so I can dump the ingredients in the breadmaker and forget about it until dinner time. We make this a couple times a week at my house! Thanks!

Tofu Parmigiana

WOW! This was superb! So good in fact, that I finally joined this group just to say thanks for posting it.This is a new family favorite for sure! I will make this again and again. I did double the tomato sauce and even added some of the leftover breadcrumb mixture to the sauce - DELISH!!
