Lower Fat Banana Bread II
This was surprisingly good. I used 4 small bananas. To cut calories a bit more, I used 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of Splenda. As suggested by others, I added spices...
1 t. cinnamon, 1/8 t. ginger, and 1/8 t. nutmeg. My family and guests enjoyed it without knowing it was 'dietized'. As a personal preference I also left out the walnuts.
