Skillet Squash and Potatoes

My husband loved it! Even my kids who balk at squash ate it up. I think I cut the potatoes too thin because they all stuck to the bottom. I'll try them thicker next time.

Sue's Baba Ghanoush

Made exactly as stated and the garlic was much too much. I was disappointed. I kept adding more salt to cut the garlic flavor. No one in my family would eat it.

Waffles I

Great basic waffle recipe. I did add a little extra sugar as suggested. The outside was nice and crispy and the inside was moist and chewy - we loved 'em!
