Smoked Salmon Spread
Very good spread w/ the alterations of way more tobasco sauce, and I also used some sour cream mixed in with the cream cheese to cut the consistancy. I would make this again.

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies II
I hate to rate a recipe when I have to make alterations to it, but I didn't have nuts so I used extra choc chips and almond extract instead of coconut - turned out awesome. I did burn my first try, but that could be my tempermental oven, I used parchment paper for the rest of them. This is a very versital easy recipe - you could change the mix-ins and extracts. It's a keeper!

Finger Sandwich Butter Cookies
Very good cookie - they have become a staple in my Christmas cookie collection. I do not add the red food coloring. I use a pastry bag with extra large star tip to pipe them and then put rasberry perserves in between two, dip one end of the sandwich in chocolate and colored sprinkles.
