This was really good, but I did make a few changes. I made a sauce using 28 oz. of marinara, 14.5 oz. of diced tomatoes, about 4 oz. of tomato sauce, a little water, 4 garlic cloves chopped, fresh basil, and a bag of spinach thrown in (frozen chopped) in place of the beef. I let that simmer for about 30-45 minutes and then prepared the baked ravioli as directed. Really delicious and a great alternative to the beef. Also a good way to get your kids to eat their spinach!
