I agree with the reader who stated that this chicken didn't have much taste. I have made MANY recipes on this site.. all were wonderful... this is the first recipe that I have tried that I would NOT make again.

Pecan-Oatmeal Pancakes

Great tasting pancake -- as suggested by another reader I substituted 3/4 cups of flaxseed meal and 3/4 oatmeal. These pancakes are delicious.. but VERY filling

Mandarin Orange Cake I

No matter where I go -- this recipe brings on rave reviews. I also serve the vanilla pudding/pineapple and whipped topping as a desert. I am ALWAYS asked to bring it again. I use low fat pudding, and no fat cool whip which makes the pineapple/pudding/whipped topping desert low fat and low calorie.

Italian Meat Sauce I

This is one of the best meat sauces I have ever tasted. This sauce has a wonderful flavor and none of the bitterness that is so common in many sauces. I served this to my family tonight and they loved it.... I highly recommend this recipe!
