Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
I made this on the stove top. Very good. Cooked as written but with only 1/2 packet dry au jus mix nad used low sodium condensed soup. Served with red skin mashed potatoes. Quick and easy and the kids loved it.

Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes
I made these for a girl's weekend at the cabin, and they got great reviews. I added 1 T of a vanilla cream liquer, and 1 t of cinnamon.
