Tortellini Soup
This was delicious. I added chicken, and significantly reduced the amount of spinach. I didn't have Italian stewed tomatoes, but I used regular stewed tomatoes...just added Italian seasoning and it turned out perfect.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
It is very good, but needs a little more flavor. Next time I'll add some garlic. I mixed it in with egg noddles and it made a harty dinner for two with plenty of leftovers.

Spinach Balls
I made them according to the recipe, and found them to be quite dry. Won't make them again.
